For custom tribute arrangements please allow a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled event for us to concept and create your one of a kind design.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Hartwell Florals 24 hours in advance. Your booking fee is non-refundable and will be put towards your event invoice. If you decide to work with another florist, just let us know and we will refund 50% of your booking fee. Thank you!
